MODMEC Technologies, Inc.
Building the next layer
of intelligence for solar energy.
From Poland to California
A journey powered by purpose, precision, and IP.
MODMEC Technologies was founded following the strategic relocation of our intellectual property from Poland to a Delaware C‑Corporation — now headquartered in San Francisco, California.
Originally developed in Europe, our patented dual‑axis tracker technology was born out of deep engineering experience, field-tested in partnership with local utilities, and refined with global scalability in mind.
We believe that energy systems of the future need a fusion of robust hardware, edge intelligence, and autonomous operations — and that’s what we’re building.
Today, we’re growing a global company with California as our launchpad — focused on building climate solutions that work in the real world.

Our Manifesto
At MODMEC Technologies, we believe technology is not the goal itself.
It’s a tool — to build a better world, one innovation at a time.
We exist to make renewable energy accessible, intelligent, and profitable.
We’re not doing this just for the market — we’re doing it for the future.
For our children. For the planet. For everyone who deserves better.
“Every human deserves a chance. I build this for my son — for his future.” – Adam Kajoch, Founder
What we build
We design and deliver integrated solutions for PV infrastructure:
✅ MODMEC Track™ — dual-axis solar trackers (patent granted)
✅ MODMEC Cloud™ — energy management and optimization platform
✅ MODMEC GridAI™ — predictive control + market integration (SPOT + VPP)
✅ SaaS tools for solar farm automation and analytics
All designed to make solar smarter, cleaner, and ready for what’s next.
Our values
-
Authenticity — we act out of purpose, not just for profit.
-
Responsibility — for people, systems, and generations to come.
-
Innovation with heart — tech that truly serves society.
-
Determination — because change requires courage.
What’s next?
-
We’ve built the hardware
-
We’re preparing the first 1MW solar pilot.
-
We’re launching MODMEC Cloud and applying to the Breakthrough Energy Catalyst program for a 5–10 MW rollout in California.
Patent granted
MODMEC Track™ — our dual-axis tracking system — is now protected by international patent rights.
We’re building on solid foundations.

Our Product: MODMEC Track™
Dual-axis solar trackers – our patented mechanical solution designed to maximize solar energy output.
Field-tested, proven, and ready to scale.
Our patented dual-axis tracker system has been operationally tested for over 2 years, delivering up to 30–40% more energy compared to traditional static PV setups.
The MVP was deployed in real-world conditions and is now ready for scale.
Built. Tested. Validated.
✅ Optimized for Central European conditions – especially effective in winter and at low sun angles.
✅ Modular architecture – customizable lengths from 6 to 100 meters, adaptable to complex terrain.
✅ Integrated control via MODMEC Cloud™ – automatic solar tracking, real-time optimization, predictive AI.
✅ Now patented – protected under international IP law.

We’re building our US team
MODMEC is designed to scale globally — with a strong base in the US.
We’re currently looking for mission-driven partners:
-
CEO (US) – clean-tech operator to lead US operations
-
CTO (AI / IoT / Energy) – edge intelligence + ML vision
-
COO (US) – execution, supply chain, EPC, scaling
We’ve already allocated a structured ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) to offer strong alignment and long-term upside for top candidates. If you're ready to co-own what you help build — we’d love to talk.
Interested? Let’s talk.
We're also open to
-
Licensing and reseller partnerships for MODMEC Track™ and Cloud™
-
Integration partners for international deployments
-
Strategic investors interested in shaping the future of solar + AI
If you're a potential partner — let’s talk.
Technology with Purpose.
Energy with Heart.
This is just the beginning.
The real magic is still under construction.
